ALF Studio works primarily across new homes, alterations and additions, and multi residential projects. I also consider selected commercial projects where the scope and design opportunity are a good fit.

Every project is different. Timing depends on the scale and complexity of the project, the approval pathway, consultant input, client decisions and construction. Once I understand the scope, I can provide an indicative programme and keep you informed as it evolves.

Yes. I guide clients through the planning and approval process, prepare the required architectural documentation and coordinate the consultants needed for each project. While approval timeframes and decisions remain with Council or the relevant authority, I will guide you through each stage.

Yes. If you already have a builder you trust, I am happy to collaborate with them. Early builder involvement can also help with pricing and buildability as the design develops. If you have not selected a builder, I can assist with tendering and builder selection as part of the agreed scope.

Following an initial discussion, I prepare a fee proposal tailored to the project and the services required. Depending on the scope, fees may be fixed by stage or charged hourly. The proposal clearly outlines the inclusions, exclusions and any additional services, while consultant, authority and certifier fees are generally separate.
