Set within the rolling landscape of Kangaroo Valley, the home is composed as a series of connected pavilions, each responding to a different aspect of family life.

The arrangement brings the main living, dining and entertaining spaces together at the heart of the home, while separate bedroom and retreat wings offer privacy and moments of quiet. Landscaped spaces and carefully positioned openings bring light and outlook into the interiors, connecting the different parts of the house.

A restrained palette of dark metal cladding and natural timber gives the home a contemporary rural character. Generous glazing and a sheltered outdoor entertaining area extend everyday living towards the pool and surrounding landscape, creating a relaxed connection between inside and out.
